Copyright (c) 2026 Creator Tools Lab (CT Lab). All rights reserved. CT Lab, CT Lab Hub, SyncLab, StabLab and GifLab are names of Creator Tools Lab, https://ctlab.app The current text of this Agreement: https://ctlab.app/legal/eula Version 2.1, October 20, 2026
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU USE CT LAB SOFTWARE. By installing, opening or otherwise using any CT Lab software - CT Lab Hub, any product included in it or installed through it or from ctlab.app (such as SyncLab, StabLab or GifLab), its plugins for other applications, and every component installed with them (each a "Product", together the "Software") - you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Creator Tools Lab (CT Lab), the maker of the Software. "You" means the person or entity using the Software. "Our suppliers" means every third party whose software is included in the Software. Your CT Lab account, purchases, trials and subscriptions are governed by the CT Lab Terms of Use at https://ctlab.app/terms, which are part of this Agreement.
This Agreement has a general part, which applies to every Product, and one section per Product under a line "PRODUCT: <name>". A Product's section adds terms for that Product; it never narrows a right the general part gives you, and where the two differ for that Product, the Product's section governs.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use each Product, in object code form only, on computers you own or control, for personal and commercial work, on the number of computers your entitlement for that Product allows, for as long as that entitlement allows it:
(a) a free Product (such as CT Lab Hub): for as long as we make it available;
(b) a trial or a subscription: while it is active;
(c) a one-time purchase: without time limit, for every version released while its update period lasted - the end of the update period ends new versions, never your right to run the versions you have. What each entitlement covers, and how a seat moves between computers, is described in the Terms of Use. You may not reproduce the Software, except for one archival or backup copy where the law permits it, and you may not distribute it.
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
(a) distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, loan, lease, share or otherwise transfer the Software or any part of it to anyone;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, the structure or the file formats of the Software or of any component of it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
(c) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice in the Software;
(d) circumvent the license checks of the Software, or use one seat on more computers than it allows;
(e) use the Software in violation of any applicable law, including export control laws.
The Software includes software of our suppliers. It is licensed to you under this Agreement except where a component's own license grants you broader rights; each Product's components and their licenses are listed in the third-party notices installed with that Product and published at https://ctlab.app/legal. Further terms a supplier requires are in that Product's section. Open-source components: nothing in this Agreement limits the rights the license of an open-source component gives you. In particular, for a library under the GNU Lesser General Public License (such as the FFmpeg libraries), you may modify it, replace it with your own build of it, and reverse engineer the Software to the extent needed to debug such modifications; Section 2 does not apply to that. This exception covers only the open-source component and the parts of the Software that use it. It never extends to the proprietary software of our suppliers, such as RED's software in SyncLab, Microsoft DirectML in StabLab, or Adobe's software development kits used to build the plugins for Adobe applications. Plugins: a plugin for another company's application (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) is our software and is licensed under this Agreement. That application is licensed to you by its maker under its own terms; its maker does not provide, support or answer for our plugins.
CT Lab Hub downloads, installs, updates and removes Products on your computer at your request and, where you have allowed it, keeps them up to date. An update may add, change or remove features. A Product may check our servers for your entitlement and for new versions; how it works without a connection is described in the Terms of Use.
We and our suppliers retain all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Software and every copy of it. The Software is licensed, not sold. Every right not expressly granted to you in this Agreement is reserved by us and by our suppliers. Your media, projects and the files you create with the Software are yours.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND TERMS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, INTEGRATION, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING IT. Review the results the Software produces before you rely on them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR COSTS WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE OR ANY COMPONENT OF IT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR COSTS, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50.00). The liability of our suppliers is limited as the Product's section states. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow such a limit.
To the extent the law allows, you will defend and compensate us and our suppliers against any claim, loss, damage or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of Section 2 or from your use of the Software in violation of the law or of the rights of others, including the files you use with it.
The Software is subject to the export control laws and regulations of the United States and of other countries. You may not export, re-export or transfer it, or use it, in violation of those laws, including to any embargoed country or to any person on a restricted-party list. If the Software is acquired by or for the U.S. Government, it is commercial computer software provided with only the rights granted in this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license to a Product ends automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement, and, for a trial or a subscription, when that trial or subscription ends; the right to run the versions a one-time purchase covers does not end with time (Section 1(c)). If you breach Section 2 - for example by circumventing a license check, sharing a seat or account, or distributing the Software - we may, in addition to any other remedy, suspend or end your license and your access to your CT Lab account's entitlements at once, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid for the period that is lost, except where the law requires one. When your license to a Product ends you must stop using that Product and uninstall it. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 7A, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 and every Product's section survive termination.
The Software sends us data so that it can work and so that we can fix it: your sign-in and entitlement checks, the computer a seat is bound to, update checks, and diagnostic logs and error reports. What exactly is sent, why and how long we keep it is described in the CT Lab privacy policy at https://ctlab.app/privacy, which applies to the Software and to every Product.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and of the United States, without regard to their conflict of law rules; the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The state and federal courts located in California have jurisdiction over any dispute about it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections that the mandatory laws of the country where you live give you, and any right you have under them to bring proceedings in the courts there. If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement and the Terms of Use are the entire agreement between you and us about the Software; if they differ about the Software, this Agreement governs. We may update this Agreement; the version at https://ctlab.app/legal/eula applies to versions of the Software released after that update. Our suppliers are intended third-party beneficiaries of Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 7A and of the terms the Product sections give them.

Questions: support@ctlab.app
H1. CT Lab Hub is free. It shows the Products available to your CT Lab account, and installs, updates and removes them on your computer as Section 4 describes. It keeps your account signed in on your computer so that the Products can confirm your entitlement.
S1. SyncLab means the SyncLab application, its engine, and the SyncLab plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. On one computer they use one seat between them. Synchronization results depend on your material; review every timeline before you rely on it.
S2. RED R3D. SyncLab reads RED R3D files through the RED R3D software development kit of RED.COM, Inc. and its affiliates ("RED"), one of our suppliers. For SyncLab:
(a) the restrictions of Section 2 apply equally to RED's software included in SyncLab, including the prohibition of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to discover its source code or file formats; the open-source exception of Section 3 does not extend to RED's software;
(b) if you need any other RED software or firmware in order to use SyncLab, (i) you must obtain that RED software through a valid license, and (ii) your use of it must follow the terms of the end user license agreement that accompanies it;
(c) RED retains all right, title and interest in its software included in SyncLab, as Section 5 states for our suppliers;
(d) RED disclaims all warranties, conditions, representations and terms with respect to SyncLab, as Section 6 states for our suppliers;
(e) RED'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND SYNCLAB IS LIMITED TO FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50.00);
(f) RED has not certified SyncLab and does not guarantee its performance. "RED" and "R3D" are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to identify the file format SyncLab reads;
(g) RED is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Section S2 and of Sections 2 through 7 as they apply to SyncLab.
S3. SyncLab's third-party components are listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt installed with it and at https://ctlab.app/legal/synclab-notices.
T1. StabLab means the StabLab engine, its runtime and models, and the StabLab plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. The free tier of StabLab works while your computer is signed in to CT Lab Hub with a CT Lab account. Paid editions, when offered, are licensed under Section 1 and the Terms of Use.
T2. StabLab analyzes your footage on your computer, using machine-learning models of third parties (listed in its third-party notices, under their own licenses) and community lens profiles. Results depend on your footage; review them before you rely on them.
T3. Microsoft DirectML. On Windows, StabLab includes Microsoft DirectML, distributed under Microsoft's license terms. Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates are among our suppliers: the restrictions of Section 2, the ownership terms of Section 5, the disclaimer of Section 6 and the limitation of Section 7 protect them as they protect us. You may not modify DirectML or use it separately from StabLab.
T4. StabLab's third-party components are listed in the third-party notices installed with it and at https://ctlab.app/legal/stablab-notices.
G1. GifLab means the GifLab tool included in CT Lab Hub. It is free, and it converts the files you choose into animations on your computer.
G2. You are responsible for the files you use with GifLab and for what you make with it: you must have the right to use them, and you may not use GifLab in violation of the CT Lab Acceptable Use Policy at https://ctlab.app/acceptable-use. Report abuse to support@ctlab.app.
G3. GifLab's third-party components are listed in the third-party notices installed with CT Lab Hub and at https://ctlab.app/legal.
