During the beta

The software is currently free. No purchases are taken, so no refunds are necessary. If that changes, this page and the checkout will be updated first.

Once paid plans launch

We want you to buy with confidence. When we introduce paid licences, they'll come with a straightforward money-back guarantee:

14-day money-back guarantee — if SyncLab isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
No interrogation — a short note about what didn't work helps us improve, but it isn't required.
Fast processing — approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@ctlab.app from the address used at purchase, with your order number. We'll confirm and process it.

Things to note

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor; their terms also apply.
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles).
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have under local consumer law, which it does not limit.
